Giving & Stewardship

The Mitchell Catholic Parishes rely on the generosity of its Parishioners and benefactors to continue its mission.

Ways to Give:

  • Give online (one-time or recurring)
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) - Contact the parish office to set up recurring withdrawal from your bank account.
  • Offertory Envelopes - You have the option to have offertory envelopes mailed to you. You can use these envelopes to place your tithe in the weekly collection basket. If you no longer wish to use offertory envelopes, please notify the office to stop sending them. 
  • Drop off or mail payments to either parish office.

Financial Transparency

Weekly updates are posted in the bulletin. The annual financial statement is also published in the Annual Report. For any questions or concerns, contact the Financial Secretary in either parish office.

Mitchell Catholic Foundation

The Mitchell Catholic Foundation supports the spiritual and educational works of the Catholic Community in Mitchell, SD including the ministries of Holy Family and Holy Spirit Church, Faith Formation programs, and St. John Paul II Catholic School and other charitable entities in the Mitchell area. 

The Mitchell Catholic Foundation can help you support the ministries most important to you through wills & living trusts, donor advised funds, and endowed gifts. Anyone can also give to any of the existing endowments currently supporting the Catholic community.
