24 Hour Eucharistic Adoration
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament following morning Mass. 7:30 am on Thursday through Friday morning at 7:30 am
Prays for special needs by receiving prayer petitions from parishioners.
A parishioner leads this community Rosary before all weekend masses and after all weekday masses.
A decade (Mystery) of the Rosary recited daily by 20 families or individuals so that the Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries are recited in their entirety daily.
Meets monthly for supper followed by feeding the soul.
Assist priest at altar with articles and liturgical functions.
Prepare interior and exterior of Church building for liturgical seasons
Assist priest in distribution of Eucharist during Holy Communion at Sunday Mass.
Bring up the bread, wine and collection during Presentation of Gifts at Sunday Mass.
Warmly welcome people at the main Church entrance as they come to Mass.

Helps priest in preparation before Mass and after Mass

Sunday Coffee & Rolls
Free coffee and rolls served in the gathering space after the 9:00 AM Sunday Mass from September through April.
Organization of all women of the Parish. Meets quarterly. Provide food and hospitality for parish events, serve funeral luncheons, clean the church building interior, bring gift baskets to parish newborns, make baptismal garments, and hosts monthly Bingo (Sept-March).
Building and Grounds Ministry
Meets quarterly to evaluate and maintain parish facilities.
Joint-parish bi-annual meeting to manage the temporal needs of the Catholic cemetery.
Meals on Wheels
Deliver meals on wheels to shut-ins on a yearly rotation schedule.
Respect Life Ministry
Raise awareness and seek ways to respond to current life issues.
Social Concerns Ministry
Meet to raise awareness and seek ways to respond to current social issues.
Foster implementation of Stewardship in the Parish.
Raise awareness and seek ways to promote the vocations of the Church.
All day academic year of classes for Pre-school through 6th grade; and involves John Paul II Education Committee, administration, teachers, support staff, activity helpers and P.T.O.
John Paul II Education Committee
Together at monthly meetings, the Pastors and Lay members of Holy Family and Holy Spirit Parishes place their gifts at the service of one another and the school/parish community.
Parent Teacher Organization
Monthly meetings of parents whose children attend John Paul II School. Involves planning education, social, and fundraising events for the school.
Grade K-6 Family Formation Classes
Religion sessions during academic year for grades K-6 members of Holy Spirit and Holy Family Parishes and their families.
Grade 7-12 Youth Discipleship
Religion sessions during academic year for grades 7-12 members of Holy Spirit and Holy Family Parishes.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
Classes for adults discerning conversion to the Catholic faith and parish members who wish to enrich their knowledge of their Catholic faith.
Marriage Preparation Classes

Available at the main Church entrance, provides religious educational material for all ages and includes DVD’s, CD’s, and books.
Adult Education Library
Books available at the Holy Spirit St. Thomas Aquinas Conference room during the office hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
